Karen Dixon Training Clinics at Clonshire Equestrian Centre

Having first represented her country at the age of 17, former Olympic event rider Karen Dixon’s eventing success has been nonstop since she was crowned Junior European Champion in 1982 on Running Bear. One of the all time eventing greats, Karen has started more than 50 four star events and has won an array of medals including silver at the Soul Olympics and individual bronze and team gold at the World Equestrian Games in Holland.

These days Karen concentrates on teaching up-and–coming riders and training young event horses.

This will be Karen’s second visit to Clonshire in the capacity of trainer and her clinics here last year were a great success.

Clinics will held over the Easter period and will cost €100 per person as part of a small group. All groups will be graded according to goals and ability.
